Together, they have five grown children. Ruby says she had a “perfect life” until that fateful day twenty-six years ago when she was shot in the face by two young assailants. Her valiant struggle to recover from the devastating efforts of that injury and her honest self-reflection on how she brought that suffering into her life will enlighten and inspire you.
